These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Qaree application (“Qaree”, the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Qaree for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Qaree Premium subscription

Most of Qaree is free, including memorizing, reading the mushaf, ayah audio, statistics, streaks, and reminders. Qaree Premium unlocks two features for every surah: Recite mode and Review with audio detection. These features are also free for a set of surahs that may change over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with it, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content

Qaree provides the text of the Qur’an and third-party recitation audio for personal study. You are responsible for using this content respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that speech recognition will be perfectly accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
